Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your AuraCloths purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
• Exchanges are accepted for size, style, or manufacturing defect only.

Process

        1.     Email auraclothsaus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating reason and photos if applicable.
  2.  Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and the return shipping address.
  3.  After inspection, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping to our exchange address.
• If the item is faulty or wrong, we’ll cover the cost of re-shipping the new item.

Non-returnable items

• Clearance or sale items
• Customized or personalized products
• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive garments

AuraCloths does not issue refunds; only exchanges or store credit (case-by-case) are available.
